TV and DVD have been installed, along with satellite television. The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, and the kitchen is equipped to a very high standard, with Ice dispensers, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. There is a safe for your use in the main bedroom, and an alarm system to protect your belongings while you are out. |

Underground parking is accessible without even leaving the building. A lift outside the front door goes directly to the basement where the car is kept, ideal for those with children. Security is good, with the whole complex being contained within decorative wrought iron railings with established conifers and Pine trees giving privacy.
